This is really good on marinated vegetables and shrimp and then grill them and serve with rice pilaf. It's very hard to find it at a grocery store near me so I have not had it in a long time.

This makes the best chicken jerk pizza. Just marinade with other jerk seasonings. Marinade peppers & onions separately. Cook and then add with cheese on pizza dough. Doesn't need sauce. The marinade makes it moist and delicious.
