Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix garam masala and sea salt in small bowl. Set aside
Place pepitas and almonds in large bowl. Add oil; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with garam masala mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread nut mixture in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until nut mixture begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Stir in cranberries. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks
