Totally disappointing. Nothing like authentic garam masala. I considered throwing out the resulting dish (beef tikkas) because it was nothing like it should have been. This seems like a dumbed down, nondescript western version of an amazing mixture. Not worth it.

definitely NOT authentic garam masala....if you're trying to make authentic indian dishes at home, this is not going to help you accomplish that...and grossly overpriced to boot
