  • Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons French's® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Harvest Salad
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, such as spinach, arugula and radicchio
  • 2 medium Gala apples, thinly sliced substitution Substitutions available
    • Fuji apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper Crunchy Toppers

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Vinaigrette, stir all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  • 2 To assemble salad, place 1 cup of mixed greens on each serving plate. Top with apples, pecans, cranberries and goat cheese. Drizzle with Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette and sprinkle with Red Peppers to serve.
