Key products

  1. For the Savory Mayo, whisk mayonnaise and Marinade in small bowl until well blended. Set aside until ready to serve.
  2. For the Salmon Burger, place salmon in bowl of food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Transfer salmon to a large bowl. Add Marinade, green onion, garlic, ginger and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until well blended.
  3. Line a large plate or sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide the salmon mixture and shape into 8 equal patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes to allow the patties to set.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Working in batches, cook the salmon burgers until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from skillet.
  5. Brush cut sides of slider rolls with Savory Mayo. Serve Salmon Burgers on rolls topped with spring mix, and any other desired toppings.

Test Kitchen Tip: For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper to the marinade or mayo mixture!
