- For the Pickled Red Onions, mix vinegar, sugar and salt in large bowl or plastic storage container. Add onions, making sure to completely submerge in liquid. Cover. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
- Meanwhile, for the Sliders, place pork and water in slow cooker. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and place in large bowl. Shred using 2 forks. Add Wings Sauce, tossing to mix well. Serve pork on toasted rolls with Pickled Onions and additional Wings Sauce, if desired.
