Servings: 4 (1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1 package Zatarain's® Rice Pilaf

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water and tomatoes; bring to boil
  • 2 Stir in Rice Mix; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
