Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Chicken Flavor Rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen French cut green beans
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • Sliced almonds, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until softened
  • 2 Stir in Rice Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in green beans and mushrooms. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired
