Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 6 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken; set aside. Add water to skillet; bring to boil. Stir in Rice Mix; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. Stir 1/2 of the cheese into rice. Let stand 5 minutes
Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide rice mixture, chicken, remaining cheese and salsa among tortillas. Fold into burritos. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish
Bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve with additional salsa, if desired
I added some Rotel instead of salsa and also put a 1/2 lb of bacon in with it
