Ingredients 6 Servings

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Cilantro Lime Rice
  • 6 (8-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add ground cumin and garlic powder; cook and stir 1 minute.
  • 2 Stir in water and Rice Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • 3 Spoon rice mixture into warmed flour tortillas. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add desired toppings. Fold into burritos to serve.
