You’ve never had burgers like this! Robust with Asian-inspired flavor, these patties pack a punch. Season ground turkey with Thai Kitchen® Red Curry Paste, ginger and garlic. After grilling, top with lettuce, tomato and our sweet Pineapple Salsa. (See recipe below).

MIX bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, curry paste, garlic, ginger and sea salt in medium bowl until well blended. Add ground turkey; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
PAN fry, broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
SERVE burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments, such as lettuce, tomato and Pineapple Salsa (see recipe below).
Pineapple Salsa:Mix 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro in medium bowl until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
