YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1/2 cup water
8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon chicken into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.Makes 4 (2 tacos) servings.
