  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins (about 8 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2/3 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, oil and Seasoning in a bowl. Heat a large nonstick pan on medium-high heat and cook chicken about 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and cool slightly.   
  2. In a large bowl, mix romaine, Parmesan, Caesar dressing and croutons. 
  3. For each wrap, place about 1/2 cup of romaine mixture on bottom third of tortilla. Top with 1 to 2 chicken tenderloins. Fold in sides of tortilla, then fold bottom up and over filling. Roll to enclose filling completely. Serve immediately.
