Of all the McCormick Beef Stew seasoning, this is the only one I use. I use this in the Crock Pot and throw away the bag. When I use my larger slow cooker, I need a couple packets. I have tried the other seasoning mixes but the flavors are either too salty or not rich enough. This is by far the only Beef Stew mix to use. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find it lately in any of the different supermarket chains. I just placed a rather large bulk order online for it at Amazon.

Love it, have been using for years. Having a hard time finding it in the supermarket. Just found as a close out - is it being discontinued? I hope not!
