INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion, tossing to coat in dressing.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Toss to mix just before serving. Top with Feta or mozzarella, if desired.

    Test Kitchen Tip: This recipe is also great with our Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper & Garlic All Purpose Seasoning. Swap in 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning blend in place of the garlic, black pepper and sea salt.
