INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2 Mix applesauce, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and maple syrup with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in oats, baking powder and additional toppings until well mixed. Stir in melted butter. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • 3 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned. Serve topped with yogurt, fresh fruit or berries, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

    Serving Suggestions:
    • Serve with any combination of your favorite toppings, such as yogurt, fresh berries, nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit, or shredded coconut.
    • Pina Colada: Stir in pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple and shredded coconut along with the oats.
    • Chocolate Banana: Stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter, then add slices of ripe banana and chocolate chips before baking.
    • Cinnamon Roll: Stir in 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon and chopped pecans, bake, then drizzle with cream cheese frosting.
    • Apple Cinnamon: Stir in 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon, chopped apples and chopped walnuts before baking.
