INSTRUCTIONS
- Place chicken wings in large container or resealable plastic bag. Add pickle brine so that wings are fully submerged. Refrigerate overnight, about 8 hours.
- Drizzle wings with avocado oil and toss to coat. Season generously with Dill Pickle Seasoning, making sure to coat evenly.
- For the Homemade Ranch, whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Preheat grill to 400°F. Place wings directly on grill grates. Grill approximately 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 175°F. Move to indirect heat if needed to prevent burning.
- Once the wings are done, remove from the grill and serve hot with Homemade Ranch on the side for dipping.
