Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Ground Jamaican Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 pears, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup dried figs, quartered
- 1 cup dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring pomegranate juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and orange peel to simmer in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved
- 2 Stir in pears, figs and cranberries. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cranberries are plump and liquid is slightly thickened. Cover
