Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes and Seasoning. Cook and stir 8 minutes.
Add kale, chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until kale is softened.
