Berbere Braised Kale and Tomatoes

Sometimes called “Sukuma Wiki,” Swahili for “stretch the week,” Berbere Braised Kale with Tomatoes is a deliciously popular East African dish. Flavored with McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Berbere Seasoning, it takes on warm, spicy notes that perfectly complement roasted meats and fish.
