Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons wasabi powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Sesame Seed, Toasted
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix wasabi powder, soy sauce and water in small bowl. Add oil, vinegar, brown sugar and sesame seed; mix well. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing
- 2 Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well
- 3 Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade
- 4 Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes of cooking
