- 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Smoked Paprika Steak, mix lime juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder and sea salt in small bowl. Rub steak with seasoning mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- 2 Meanwhile, for the Tomato & Cucumber Salad, toss all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 3 Grill steak over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve steak with Tomato & Cucumber Salad.
