- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup pan drippings
- 1 cup turkey or poultry broth
- 2 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MELT butter in a saucepan on low. Add flour. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined into a crumbly mixture. Cook for 2 minutes until mixture begins to turn brown.
- 2 GRADUALLY stir in pan drippings; simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to thicken.
- 3 GRADUALLY stir in broth; simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- 4 STIR in mustard and remove from heat. Serve alongside turkey.
