1COMBINE Mustard, mayonnaise, green chilies, seasoning blend and cilantro in bowl and stir to blend; set aside.
2GRILL chicken 10 min. or until no longer pink in center.
3PLACE 1 lettuce leaf, 1 red onion slice, 1 piece chicken and 1 slice cheese on bottom half of roll. Top with 2 tbsp. green chile mustard sauce and 1/4 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Cover with top half of roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
