1COMBINE mustard, red pepper, mayonnaise, and basil in bowl and stir to blend; set aside.
2SEASON tilapia fillets with garlic pepper seasoning. Sauté in butter for 2 min. on each side or until fully cooked.
3LAYER 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of each bun; top each with 1 fish fillet and 2 tbsp. red pepper basil mustard. Close with top half of bun. Serve with additional red pepper basil mustard on the side.
