  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. white & wild rice mix
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley and basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/2 cup prepared vinaigrette salad dressing

Instructions

  • PREPARE rice according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well.

  • TOSS rice, bell pepper, herbs and onion in large bowl.

  • MIX mustard and salad dressing. Pour over rice and vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and chill 30 min.
