Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. white & wild rice mix
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley and basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon minced red onion
- 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 cup prepared vinaigrette salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREPARE rice according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- 2 TOSS rice, bell pepper, herbs and onion in large bowl.
- 3 MIX mustard and salad dressing. Pour over rice and vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and chill 30 min.
