Southwest Grilled Pork Salad

Ingredients

  • Step1
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.)
  • 8 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 oranges, cut into sections
  • 1 1/2 cups radishes, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX mayonnaise, juice and peel; reserve. Rub chili powder onto both sides of pork.
  • 2 GRILL pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink in center; cut into cubes.
  • 3 ARRANGE spinach, oranges, radishes and pork on serving plates.
  • 4 SERVE with dressing and top with Crispy Fried Onions.
