Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
- 1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 tablespoon red onion
- 2 tablespoon minced parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COOK potatoes in boiling salted water about 10 min. until tender; drain and cool.
- 2 PLACE potatoes in bowl with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- 3 SEASON with salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
