INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 BRING water and salt to boiling in large saucepan. Slowly whisk in grits. Cover; reduce heat to low.
  • 2 COOK 15 to 20 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 MEANWHILE, mix 3/4 cup crushed FRENCH'S Crispy Fried Onions with chopped parsley. Stir 1/2 cup mixture into grits.
  • 4 SPRINLE top with remaining onion mixture.
