Ingredients
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1/3 cup Olive oil, divided
- 3 tablespoon French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chives

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut 1/2 inch off top of garlic; discard. Place garlic and 1/4 cup water in shallow microwaveable dish. Brush some of the oil over garlic. Cover; microwave on HIGH (100%) 3 minutes or until garlic is just tender. Drain well.
- 2 Grill garlic, cut-side-down, over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until garlic is golden and very tender. Cool slightly. Separate garlic into cloves; pinch each clove so roasted flesh slips out.
- 3 Place cloves in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; process until smooth. Serve over mixed salad greens or with grilled vegetables.
