- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; process until well blended. Cover; chill in refrigerator.
- 2 SERVE over mixed salad greens.
