Ingredients 12 Servings
- 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 cups quinoa
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 WHISK together Mustard, olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, and garlic together until well blended and smooth. Set aside.
- 2 COMBINE quinoa, arugula, cauliflower, carrot and onion together in large bowl.
- 3 POUR dressing over and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
