Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Step1
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium tomato-vegetable juice
  • 4 tablespoon French's® Horseradish Deli Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 2 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water
  • 2/3 cup roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 4 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoon pitted Kalamata olives

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX juice and mustard in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and chill.
  • 2 SERVE tuna salad over lettuce, on whole wheat rolls or on toast rounds.
