Mixed Greens with Turkey, Cranberries & Crunchy Onions

This light-style salad is served with a Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 (5 oz.) bag spring mix
  • 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREPARE dressing: whisk together vinegar, preserves and mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
  • 2 PLACE salad greens in large bowl. Add turkey, cranberries, green onions, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Toss just before serving.
  • 3 SERVE salad on 4 serving plates. Pass the dressing on the side.
