Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 (5 oz.) bag spring mix
- 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREPARE dressing: whisk together vinegar, preserves and mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
- 2 PLACE salad greens in large bowl. Add turkey, cranberries, green onions, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Toss just before serving.
- 3 SERVE salad on 4 serving plates. Pass the dressing on the side.
