Ingredients

  • 1 box (7 1/4 ounces) macaroni & cheese mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon French's® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 red, green or yellow bell peppers, halved lengthwise
  • 1 1/3 cups White Cheddar Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREPARE macaroni & cheese mix in medium saucepan as directed on package using 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup butter. Stir in 1 cup cheese and Worcestershire; set aside.
  • 2 ARRANGE peppers cut side up in glass baking dish. Add 1/4 cup water to baking dish and cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain water.
  • 3 SPOON macaroni and cheese into peppers and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with Crispy Fried Onions and microwave 2 minutes.
