1PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses and Mustard.
2TOSS cooked pasta with cheese sauce and 1 cup Onions. Turn into 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
3BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
