Ingredients 6 Servings

  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 2 cups red potatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine carrots, broccoli and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions in 2-quart baking dish. Tuck potato slices into vegetable mixture at an angle.
  • 2 DOT vegetables evenly with cheese spread. Pour milk over vegetables.
  • 3 BAKE, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until onions are golden.
