INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, Worcestershire, orange peel and salt in blender or food processor. Cover and process on high speed until well blended. Gradually add oil; blend until very smooth. Stir in poppy seed.
  • 2 ARRANGE lettuce leaves on serving platter. Place fruit on lettuce. Spoon dressing over fruit just before serving.
