Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 lettuce leaves
- 6 cups fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, Worcestershire, orange peel and salt in blender or food processor. Cover and process on high speed until well blended. Gradually add oil; blend until very smooth. Stir in poppy seed.
- 2 ARRANGE lettuce leaves on serving platter. Place fruit on lettuce. Spoon dressing over fruit just before serving.
