Ingredients

  • 4 med baking potatoes
  • 2 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 2 cups half 'n half
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded white Cheddar or Swiss cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Arrange potatoes and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine half 'n` half, ricotta cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper; whisk until well combined. Pour over potatoes; stir gently.
  • 2 BAKE, uncovered, 50 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • 3 SPRINKLE with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden.
