1PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Arrange potatoes and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine half 'n` half, ricotta cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper; whisk until well combined. Pour over potatoes; stir gently.
2BAKE, uncovered, 50 minutes until potatoes are tender.
3SPRINKLE with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden.
