- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup Crispy Jalapenos, divided
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese

- 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add pepper and onion; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
- 2 Stir in milk, garlic powder, corn, Crispy Jalapeños and Cheddar cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened
- 3 Spoon into serving dish and top with additional Crispy Jalapeños, if desired.
