Creamy Dijon Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup minced green onion
  • 2 large hard cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COOK potatoes in boiling water to cover about 10 min. until tender. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in large bowl.
  • 2 STIR in mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • 3 CHILL 1 hour before serving. Stir.
