Turkey Burgers with Creamy Sage Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced sage
  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 whole grain hamburger buns
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard, honey, garlic and sage; set aside.
  • 2 MIX ground turkey and remaining mustard and shape into 4 burgers.
  • 3 GRILL burgers over medium-high heat about 12 minutes turning once until no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature). Top each burger with cheese slice and grill until melted.
  • 4 SERVE burgers on buns, top with lettuce, tomato, and mustard mixture.
