Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 med bell peppers
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chicken over high heat until well browned, about 5 min. Transfer to bowl.
  • 2 ADD vegetables to skillet. Stir-fry 2 min. until crisp tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 STIR in chicken. Heat to boiling. Cook 3 min.
