Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
  • 2 STIR remaining ingredients into skillet. Simmer 2 min. until slightly thickened, stirring.
  • 3 ADD chicken to skillet. Heat through.
