Ingredients
- 4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 tablespoon shallots
- 1 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork about 8 min. until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, turning once. Remove and set aside.
- 2 STIR in cider, mustard, shallots, bread crumbs, sugar and thyme. Simmer 2 min. until slightly thickened.
- 3 ADD chops to skillet. Heat through.
