Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoon French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon minced capers
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 6 pieces salmon fillet (4 x 2 x 1-inch each)
- 1 salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREPARE Cajun Tartar Sauce: combine mayonnaise, Frank's RedHot Sauce, mustard, pickle relish, capers and seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 2 COAT an electric grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat for 5 min. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on grill and cook 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve fish with Cajun Tartar Sauce.
