- 2 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE Crispy Fried Onions, lemon zest and Italian seasoning in plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin.
- 2 DIP chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- 3 BAKE at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
