Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 ARRANGE chicken, pepper and pineapple on skewers; set aside.
  • 2 MIX marmalade and mustard. Reserve 1/2 cup for dipping sauce.
  • 3 COOK kabobs on greased grill over medium heat for 8 min. Turn and baste often with remaining marmalade mixture halfway during cooking.
  • 4 SERVE with reserved dipping sauce.
