- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 egg whites

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 CRUSH Crispy Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- 2 DIP chicken into egg whites; then coat with onion crumbs.
- 3 BAKE 20 min. at 400°F until no longer pink in center.
