- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place Crispy Fried Onions and flour in resealable plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or shallow dish.
- BEAT egg in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs on both sides, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp. should reach 165°F).
Test Kitchen Tip: Brush chicken on all sides with 1/4 cup French's Chardonnay Dijon Mustard in place of the egg wash. Coat with Crispy Fried Onion mixture and bake as directed.
