Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 SEASON salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.
- 2 MIX remaining ingredients. Pour half of the mustard sauce over salmon, spreading with a knife to coat evenly. Reserve remaining sauce.
- 3 BAKE salmon at 400°F for 20 to 25 min. until salmon is cooked through. Serve with remaining mustard sauce.
