Lemon-Garlic Mustard Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 SEASON salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.
  • 2 MIX remaining ingredients. Pour half of the mustard sauce over salmon, spreading with a knife to coat evenly. Reserve remaining sauce.
  • 3 BAKE salmon at 400°F for 20 to 25 min. until salmon is cooked through. Serve with remaining mustard sauce.
